Shipping Policy – Naveen Saree
At Naveen Saree, we strive to deliver your purchases in the best possible condition and within the promised timeframe. Each order is handled with utmost care to ensure it reaches you safely, whether you’re located in India or abroad.
1. Dispatch Timeframes
Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, exact dispatch timing may vary. However, we aim to dispatch all orders promptly as per the schedule below:
Domestic Orders (within India): Dispatched within 3–5 working days after confirmed payment (unless stated otherwise in the product description).
International Orders (outside India): Dispatched within 7–10 working days, unless otherwise mentioned in the product description.
Note: Please refer to the individual product descriptions for any exceptions. Delays may occur during festive seasons or due to external factors like health-related restrictions or courier service delays.
2. Order Processing & Communication
Shipping details and tracking information will be sent to your registered email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Priority is given to expedited shipping orders.
If any product is out of stock or order needs cancellation, Naveen Saree reserves the full right to cancel the order. In such cases, a gift card or exchange credit will be issued for the full value including shipping (no cash refunds).
3. Return Due to Shipping Issues
If the parcel is lost or undelivered to your address, we will issue a gift card for the full order value (including shipping).
For partial cancellations or returns, gift cards are issued accordingly.
No cash refunds will be provided under any shipping-related circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated based on item weight.
Some products may offer free shipping, while others may carry a shipping fee depending on their size and delivery location.
International shipping charges are extra and calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
5. Shipping Partners
We ship through India’s leading courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Trackon, Shree Maruti, and others.
For international shipments, we use globally trusted partners such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS based on service availability and region.
6. Expedite Shipping Service (Bulk Orders)
Orders above 5kg are shipped via surface shipping.
Smaller parcels are shipped via air mode for faster delivery.
Delivery Time: 7–10 working days post dispatch.
This service is traceable.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
A complete physical address with phone number and PIN code is mandatory.
7. Holiday Shipping & Delays
During peak festive seasons or public holidays, shipments may be delayed due to high courier loads. Events such as natural calamities, incorrect addresses, or courier company exceptions can also affect delivery timelines.
