At Naveen Saree, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees and ethnic wear. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective item, we’re here to help. Kindly read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products with genuine manufacturing defects.

Any return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory when submitting a return request. This is used to verify the condition of the item at the time of delivery.
2. Return Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our team, the item must be shipped back to our office in [City Name], Rajasthan (we’ll provide the exact return address).

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will proceed with an exchange or issue a credit/gift card.
3. Conditions for Returns

No returns will be accepted for reasons like personal dislike or change of mind after delivery.

Color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are common and not eligible for return.

Handcrafted Bandhani or Gota Patti products may have minor imperfections such as thread pulls, uneven dyeing, or tiny holes due to traditional tie-dye techniques. These are not considered defects and are a natural part of handmade products.

Returns are only accepted if the product is in unused, original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Customized products (e.g., blouse stitching, fall-pico, size alterations) and items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Order Cancellations

Naveen Saree reserves the right to cancel any order under exceptional circumstances. If this happens, a full refund or credit will be issued.
5. Damages in Transit

We are not responsible for any damage caused during shipping.

Customers are advised to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
6. Return Window

Return requests will not be accepted after 3 days from the date of delivery.
7. Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds.

We offer exchanges or store credit (gift cards) equivalent to the value of the returned item.

Any shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be adjusted in the exchange process.
